We collect information in a few ways:

• Booking information. When you book a free intro consult or a session through our scheduling tool (CalendarMate), we receive your selected date and time. Our current booking form does not collect any health or intake information.
• Information you share directly. During consultations, sessions, or email/message correspondence, you may choose to share personal information, including health-related information about your skin, hormones, or related concerns. We only collect what you choose to share.
• Contact information. If you email us or join our Community Thread, we receive your email address or contact details for that platform.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you share solely to schedule and provide coaching services to you, to communicate with you about your sessions, and to improve the guidance we offer. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

Confidentiality of Health-Related Information

Iyong Skinory is not a licensed medical provider, and this policy is not a HIPAA notice — the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies to healthcare providers, health plans, and their business associates, which does not include our coaching practice. That said, we treat any health-related information you share with the same care and confidentiality you'd expect from a healthcare provider: it is used only to support your coaching sessions, is not shared with third parties without your consent, and is not disclosed except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party tools to run this business:

• CalendarMate — for scheduling consultations and sessions (collects date/time selection only).
• Proton Mail, Proton Calendar, and Proton Meet — for email correspondence, scheduling, and video sessions, all of which use end-to-end encryption.
• Signal — for our private Community Thread for past clients.

Each of these services has its own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Your Choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving communications from us, by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
