The Skinory Path™
A 4-week program built around your skin's story
Not a generic routine — a guided look at everything actually shaping your flares: hormones, stress, diet, products, and home environment. This isn't my personal routine handed to you — eczema is too individual for that. It's the same process I used to find my own answers, applied to your triggers.

Everything touching your skin day to day, from a full product purge to what's hiding in your home — replaced with what's actually suited to you.

About
Your Skin, Your Story
Iyong means "your" in Tagalog. Skinory is skin + story. Because every person's skin carries a story — and mine started a long time ago.
I've lived with eczema since childhood. It was severe as a child, went quiet through my teenage years and into my twenties, and flared back harder than I'd ever experienced in my 30s — starting in 2018, shaped by a mix of climate, my home environment, my diet, and stress I didn't even realize was affecting my skin.
I've also walked alongside my son through his own eczema flares, so I understand this from both sides — as the person living in the skin, and as the person caring for someone who is.
I know what it's like to wake up already exhausted, because the itching kept you up half the night. To avoid mirrors. To not wash a single dish, gloves or not, because your fingers crack and bleed with every movement. To cancel plans because a flare showed up on your face the morning of. To scratch until you bleed, then collapse into tears with nothing left to hold yourself back. To hear "have you tried just moisturizing more?" one more time, from someone who has no idea. This isn't a routine problem — it's a life problem, and I've lived every part of it.
These aren't stock photos. This is my skin, on the days I didn't want to be seen — because I think you deserve to know the person guiding you has actually been here.
Over the years, I've pieced together what actually helped and what didn't, appointment by appointment, working with:
That search is the reason Iyong Skinory exists — so other women don't have to piece it together alone.
Today, I focus specifically on women navigating eczema during perimenopause — because I know firsthand how disorienting it is when your skin starts reacting to things that never used to bother it, right when everything else in your body is shifting too.
During my worst flares, I leaned hard into the protocols — the creams, the appointments, all of it. It wasn't until I leaned into my faith, too, that I found something those alone couldn't give me. Prayer and scripture are still part of my healing today, in every flare I navigate. I don't expect that to be part of everyone's path, but it's part of mine, and it's part of why Iyong Skinory exists the way it does. If it would be meaningful to you too, I'm glad to bring it into our sessions — always by your lead, never assumed.
I'm not a dermatologist or medical provider — think of me as your guide through the parts of this journey that happen between appointments: the day-to-day routine, the product overwhelm, and the pieces of the puzzle that are easy to miss.
With you in this,
— Frances Guia, Founder & Skinory Guide
FAQ
Good to know before you book
Are you a dermatologist or medical provider?
No. I'm a Skinory Guide — I help you understand what might be contributing to your flares and build a practical routine around it, alongside the medical care you're already receiving, not instead of it.
Will you diagnose me or prescribe anything?
No. I don't diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. Where labs or medical symptoms come up, I'll help you understand what they might mean and what to ask your own doctor — the diagnosis and treatment side stays with your medical team.
Is faith part of the program?
My faith has been a real part of my own healing, and it's something I'm glad to bring into our sessions — through prayer or scripture — if that would be meaningful to you too. It's entirely optional. I'll never assume it's part of your journey unless you tell me it is, and our work together is just as complete without it.
My eczema isn't like yours — will this even work for me?
Almost certainly your triggers aren't identical to mine — eczema is too individual for a one-size protocol to make sense. That's exactly why The Skinory Path isn't my routine handed to you. It's the same process of investigation I used on myself — hormones, stress, diet, products, environment — applied to your specific case. You're not getting my answers. You're getting a faster way to find yours.
What if I'm not in perimenopause but still have eczema-prone skin?
The Skinory Path is built specifically around the hormone-skin connection in perimenopause, so that's who it serves best. If that's not your stage of life, reach out anyway — I may be able to point you toward other resources.
What's included in the $200 founding rate?
Your free 30-minute intro consult, all 4 weekly 1-hour sessions, homework support between sessions, and an invitation to our private Community Thread (on Signal) after your 4th session. Founding rate is limited to the first 5 clients.
Do you get paid if I buy products you recommend?
For some products, yes — through affiliate links or codes. I'll always tell you when that's the case, and I only ever recommend what I'd suggest regardless of commission.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
You're invited into our ongoing Community Thread (on Signal) to stay connected, share progress, and get peer support. From there, à la carte refresh sessions ($75–$100) are available anytime you'd like continued 1:1 support.
